Apartment on Södra Vägen in Lund

The apartment is on the first floor. Parquet flooring runs throughout the home, except in the hallway, which has tiled flooring. The bathroom is fully tiled, and a dishwasher and laundry equipment are provided as standard. Heating is included in the rent, while hot water is charged separately. Household electricity is not included and is billed by the electricity provider.

The incoming tenant may request, at no cost, work to the walls in the hallway, bedrooms 1-2 and living room. Any such maintenance must be ordered after moving in; the contractor will contact you within 4 months of the order being placed. Please take your current notice period into account. Residents of LKF have a 3-month notice period. Any alterations or extensions made by the previous tenant in the apartment or on its patio will be restored when the property is re-let. The same applies to any equipment or fittings that do not belong to LKF. The apartment may differ in some respects from this description when you move in.

No parking space or garage is included with the apartment. Vacant parking spaces and garages are advertised on the website as they become available and are allocated according to waiting time in the vehicle queue.
