100 m2 apartment in Dalby

This two-storey terraced apartment has its own patio. The kitchen floor is covered with plastic flooring, the living room has parquet, and the other rooms have linoleum. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and with wall and floor tiles dating from 1998. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are standard fittings.

Heating and hot water are included in the rent; household electricity is not and is billed by the electricity provider. The stated rent is for 2026. From 2027, the rent will be 12 080 kr/month. Please take your current notice period into account. LKF residents have a 3-month notice period. Any extensions, alterations or other changes made by the previous tenant to the apartment or its patio will be restored when the apartment is re-let.
