The property is a newly renovated villa located in Lund, tailored specifically for student groups, featuring a total of 12 rooms along with a shared laundry facility and four bathrooms. The spacious kitchen and living area provide a welcoming setting for communal activities and socializing. We are looking for tenants who appreciate living with others, are tidy and sociable, willing to participate in cleaning duties according to an established schedule, and who seek a quiet atmosphere conducive to studying. No parties are allowed on the premises. Rooms are available for rent starting from July 1, 2026.
