We manage two student shared housing facilities designed to offer a cozy environment ideal for both study and communal living. Our approach is rooted in genuine care for the well-being of our tenants.

The recently renovated villa in Lund accommodates up to 12 rooms configured for student co-living, featuring a shared laundry room and four bathrooms. The property includes a spacious kitchen and living area crafted to foster social interaction and a sense of community. We are looking for tenants who appreciate living alongside others, maintain a sense of order, are sociable, and are willing to participate in cleaning duties according to an established schedule. A quiet atmosphere conducive to studying is essential, and parties are strictly prohibited.

Rooms will be available for rental from June 1, 2026. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit an inquiry including some personal information, details about their education, and the intended rental duration. No deposit is required, and the notice period for termination of tenancy is three months.
