The ideal tenant is someone who enjoys living with others, maintains orderliness, engages socially, is willing to participate in cleaning duties according to an established schedule, and values a quiet atmosphere conducive to studying. Parties are strictly prohibited. One room will be available starting January 1, 2026. Interested individuals are invited to submit an application expressing their interest, including some personal information, details about their education, and the intended rental duration. There is no deposit required, and the notice period for terminating the lease is three months.
