The apartment is situated on the ground floor within the Städet 4, 5, 6 neighborhood in Haparanda. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment remarks. A permanent employment contract with documented income from salaried work for a minimum of seven months is required. Applicants should provide positive references from previous housing and demonstrate good neighborly conduct. The annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants must be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. The apartment is intended to serve as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant is required to be registered as living at the address.
