The landlord's criteria for prospective tenants are as follows:

Applicants must have no negative credit history and demonstrate a stable, ongoing income. The gross income should be at least four times the annual rent. Reliable tenant references from current or previous primary leases, or alternatively a second-hand lease approved by the landlord, are required.

The household size must reasonably correspond to the apartment's dimensions. Either the applicant or their representative must attend the apartment viewing in order to accept an offered unit. If the applicant currently holds a residence, a notice of termination for the lease or a sales document for a house or condominium must be provided before signing a new contract. Please note that the apartment is available for occupancy starting from February 1st, should that be desired.
