The apartment is on the first floor of a three-storey building and has a patio. There is no lift. Laminate flooring is available as an optional upgrade in every bedroom, the hall and the kitchen; the living room has parquet flooring. The bathroom has tiles and floor tiles dating from 1995, as well as a bathtub. A dishwasher is provided as standard and included in the stated rent. Installing a washing machine in the apartment is not possible. A shared laundry room is located on the third floor in the same stairwell.

Heating is included in the rent, while hot water is charged separately. Household electricity is not included and is billed by the electricity supplier. The incoming tenant may have the walls in the hall, kitchen, living room and both bedrooms refurbished at no cost, the living-room parquet sanded, and new kitchen cupboard doors fitted.
