Landlord's criteria for prospective tenants:

Applicants must have no negative credit records and demonstrate a stable and continuous income. The gross income should be at least four times the annual rent. Positive rental references from current or previous primary leases or, alternatively, landlord-approved secondary leases are required.

The number of household members must reasonably correspond to the size of the apartment. Either the applicant or an authorized representative must have attended the apartment viewing in order to accept an offered unit. If the applicant currently holds a residence, a terminated lease or sales documentation for a house or condominium must be presented before a new contract can be signed.
