Please submit your expression of interest to us, and we will reach out if a viewing becomes relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion. Before signing the lease, credit checks will be conducted on all potential tenants. Once the apartment is removed from the website, we invite five applicants to a viewing via SMS. After the viewing, those interested must inform us if they wish to rent the property. We then notify the chosen tenant by phone, and all other approved candidates who were not selected receive SMS notifications. This process can take up to 14 days.

RENTAL POLICY
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment defaults. A fixed, permanent employment (income from work) must be documented, with proof of employment for at least seven months. Good references from previous housing situations and being a considerate neighbor are required. The applicant's annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants living in the apartment must be reasonable relative to its size. The apartment must serve as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be officially registered at the address.
