The apartment is situated on the first floor within the Städet 4, 5, and 6 neighborhood in Haparanda. Interested parties are encouraged to submit an application of interest, after which we will reach out if a viewing opportunity arises. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion and conduct credit checks on all applicants prior to signing the lease agreement.

Once the apartment is removed from the website, five applicants will be invited for a viewing via SMS. Following the viewing, those interested must notify us if they wish to rent the apartment. We will then contact the successful applicant by phone, while the others who expressed interest but were not selected will be informed via SMS. Please note this selection process may take up to 14 days.

Our rental policy requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and free of any payment defaults. Applicants must have permanent employment verified with solid documentation, showing at least seven months in service with income derived from employment. Good references from previous housing and having a reputation as a considerate neighbor are also required. Additionally, the annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent, and the number of occupants should be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. The apartment is intended to serve as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be officially registered at the property address.
