1 room apartment of 45 m2

The apartment is on the first floor of a four-storey building. There is no balcony, and the building has no lift. Linoleum flooring runs through the hall, kitchen and dining room, while the living room has parquet flooring. The bathroom has wall and floor tiles dating from 2004 and is fitted with a shower. A shared laundry room is located in the basement at Van Dürens väg 45 B. Laundry equipment and a dishwasher cannot be installed in the apartment.

Heating and hot water are included in the rent. Household electricity is not included and is charged by the electricity supplier. The incoming tenant may have the living-room parquet sanded free of charge. Any renovation work is ordered after the tenant has moved in, and the contractor will contact the tenant within 4 months of the order. Please take your current notice period into account. Residents with LKF have a notice period of 3 months. Any extensions, alterations or other changes made by the previous tenant in the apartment or on its patio will be restored as part of the re-letting process. The same applies to any equipment or furnishings that do not belong to LKF. The apartment may differ in some respects from this description at the time of move-in.

A parking space or garage is not included with the apartment. Available parking spaces and garages are published regularly on the website and are allocated according to waiting time in the vehicle queue.
