The apartment is situated half a flight of stairs up within the building known as Baljan 1. It is conveniently located just a short distance from cross-country ski and snowmobile trails, as well as scenic forest paths. The new Kiruna city center can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes. Inside the apartment, you will find both a washing machine and a dishwasher installed for convenience. Electricity consumption is subject to a fixed-rate scheme.

Once the listing is removed from the website, we invite five applicants to a viewing via text message. Following the viewing, those interested in the apartment must notify us of their intent. The selected tenant will then be informed by phone, while others who expressed interest but were not chosen will be notified by text. This procedure may take up to 14 days.

Applicants must meet certain criteria: they need to be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment defaults. Proof of permanent employment (minimum seven months), verified by documentation, is required, and the applicant should have good references from previous housing and be considered a good neighbor. The annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of residents must be reasonable relative to the size of the apartment. The property is to be used as the primary residence by the tenant, who must also be officially registered at the address.
