The apartment is situated in the basement level within the Anden 8 neighborhood in Haparanda. Interested parties are requested to submit an expression of interest to us, after which we will reach out if a viewing becomes relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion and conduct credit checks on all prospective tenants prior to signing the lease.

When the apartment listing is removed from the website, five individuals will be invited to a viewing via SMS. Following the viewing, applicants must inform us if they wish to rent the apartment. Subsequently, the successful candidate will be notified by phone, while others who expressed interest but were not selected will be informed by SMS. This entire process can take up to 14 days.

RENTAL POLICY: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no payment defaults on record. They are required to hold permanent employment, with income from work verified by well-documented proof of employment spanning a minimum of seven months. Good references from previous residences and a reputation as a considerate neighbor are necessary. The applicant's annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent, and the number of occupants should be reasonable relative to the apartment's size. The tenancy is intended as the primary residence for the tenant, who must be officially registered at the apartment address.
