The apartment is situated on the second floor within the Anden 8 block in Haparanda. To express interest, please submit an application to us; if a viewing opportunity arises, we will get in touch with you. We reserve the right to select tenants entirely at our discretion. Credit checks will be conducted on all prospective tenants prior to signing the lease agreement.

Once the listing is removed from the website, five applicants will be invited to a viewing via SMS. After the viewing, candidates must inform us if they wish to proceed with the apartment. Subsequently, the chosen tenant will be contacted by phone, while other applicants who expressed interest but were not selected will receive a notification via SMS. This process may take up to 14 days.

RENTAL POLICY
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment defaults. Applicants are required to have a permanent employment position (with income from salaried work), thoroughly documented and with at least seven months' tenure. A positive reference from the previous residence and being a responsible neighbor are also mandatory. The applicant's annual income must be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants should reasonably correspond to the size of the apartment. The apartment is intended as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be registered (folkbokförd) at the address.
