The apartment is situated on the first floor within the Städet 4, 5, and 6 neighborhood in Haparanda. Interested parties are asked to submit an expression of interest, after which we will get in touch if a viewing becomes relevant. We reserve the right to select tenants at our discretion. Prior to signing the lease agreement, we perform credit checks on all potential tenants.

Once the listing is removed from the website, five individuals will be invited to a viewing via SMS. After the viewing, applicants must notify us if they wish to rent the apartment. We then contact the successful tenant by phone and inform the others who expressed interest but were unsuccessful via SMS. This entire process can take up to 14 days.

RENTAL POLICY:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no outstanding payment defaults. Employment must be permanent or ongoing (income from employment), well documented with at least seven months of work history. Good references from previous residences and being a considerate neighbor are required. An annual income equivalent to at least 4.5 times the yearly rent is necessary. The number of occupants must be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. The apartment is intended as the tenant's main residence, and the tenant must be registered at this address.
