Rental conditions specify that a maximum of two occupants may reside in the apartment. Prospective tenants must be at least 18 years old and students holding a valid admission letter. A credit check is conducted prior to signing the contract. Applicants without a Swedish personal identification number must provide a passport copy and pay a deposit equal to one month's rent. Viewings are not arranged; therefore, applicants should assess the apartment based on provided images, floor plans, and descriptions.
