RENTAL POLICY
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no record of payment defaults. They must hold a permanent or indefinite employment contract (income from service) that can be well documented and prove employment for at least seven months. Positive references from previous residences and good neighborly conduct are required. The applicant's annual income should be at least 4.5 times the yearly rent. The number of occupants must be reasonable in relation to the apartment's size. The apartment is to be used as the tenant's primary residence, and the tenant must be officially registered at the property's address.
