If your subscription is listed as inactive or canceled, please check the following before contacting customer service:
- Does the transaction in your bank statement say "Hyrenbostad.se"? If not, you have been charged by another company.
- Did you purchase a subscription using another account/email address? Log in and check
- Did you purchase/pay for a subscription on behalf of someone else (partner, parents, siblings, friends)? Log in and check
If none of the above apply, you are welcome to contact customer service and provide the
amount,
transaction date(s), and, if available, the
transaction number ("SC12345" or a similar number).
